PHIC partners with District Health Officers and health facility in-charges to provide hands-on mentorship to health workers, reinforcing skills in adolescent and youth-friendly service delivery.
These mentorship sessions bring together facility staff to review case data, share practical guidance, and strengthen referral pathways for sexual and reproductive health services.
