Nabuganda Betty is a highly skilled public health professional with over two decades of experience in the healthcare sector. She holds a Masters of Public Health in Population and Reproductive Health from Uganda Martyrs University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Aga Khan University, Uganda. Betty has demonstrated her leadership abilities in various capacities, most notably as the Assistant District Health Officer at the District Health Office in Wakiso. She has extensive experience managing health centers and has played a pivotal role in developing and implementing health policies and programs. Betty’s key competencies include strong interpersonal communication, adaptability, teamwork, problem-solving, resilience, accountability, and a result-oriented approach to leadership. Her commitment to improving public health and her extensive professional background make her a valuable asset to PHIC-Uganda.
